Did you know you could assign to the Osceola Snowmobile Association, Inc. entitlement to the motor/diesel motor fuel tax refund (excise tax) ? The purpose of this assignment is to make a gift of the overpayment of tax to the Osceola Snowmobile Association, Inc. The basis of the refund claim is that all of the fuel purchased by the club member was used for off-road use in New York State.
